1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
For the Strawberry Topping:
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
1/4 cup strawberry jam (or preserves)
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
