Air Fryer Poached Eggs

Instructions
1. Preheat Air Fryer & Prep
Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 3–5 minutes. Lightly coat the wells of an egg poaching tray or silicone muffin cups with oil spray to prevent sticking.

2. Prepare Eggs
Crack one egg into each well of the poaching tray or muffin cup. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Add Water & Cook
Pour 3 tablespoons of hot water over each egg, making sure the whites are covered but the wells don’t overflow. Place the tray or muffin cups into the air fryer basket.

4. Air Fry
Cook at 300°F (150°C) for 6–8 minutes. For softer yolks, use the lower cooking time; for firmer yolks, cook a little longer.

5. Serve
Carefully remove the poached eggs with tongs or a spatula. Serve right away, either on their own or over a slice of toast.

Cook Notes & Variations
Add fresh herbs like chives, parsley, or dill for extra flavor.
Experiment with seasonings such as garlic powder, onion powder, or smoked paprika.
For a firmer yolk, extend cooking time by 1–2 minutes.
Handle hot trays carefully to avoid burns.

Tip: These air fryer poached eggs pair beautifully with avocado toast, smoked salmon, or sautéed greens for a complete breakfast.
