Directions
1. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce is slightly thickened.
4. Add the chopped lobster meat to the sauce and simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
6. Fill each pasta shell with the lobster mixture and place them in a baking dish.
7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the stuffed shells.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
