- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1″ pieces
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp butter, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper
Parmesan Shells
- 8 oz pasta shells (conchiglie)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups grated Parmesan (freshly shredded)
- Reserved pasta water (¼–½ cup)
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
