My husband loves this meal for a weeknight dinner!

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease two individual-sized foil pans with olive oil.
Step 2: Cook the Ingredients
In a skillet over medium heat, brown sliced Italian sausage, then set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers for 5 minutes, until slightly tender.
Step 3: Combine & Layer
In a large bowl, mix cooked sausage, sautéed bell peppers, sliced pepperoni, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Divide the mixture evenly between the two prepared pans.
Top each casserole with shredded mozzarella & grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 4: Bake to Perfection
Place the pans on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted & golden brown.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
