This is my initial attempt at using this cooking technique, and the outcome is genuinely impressive!

Ingredients
5 chicken sausages
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are well coated.
Spread the vegetables evenly in a rectangular foil baking tray.
Nestle the chicken sausages among the vegetables, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are browned and cooked through, and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Variations & Tips

For a spicier kick, consider adding sliced jalapeños or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes to the vegetable mix. If you prefer a smokier flavor, swap out the chicken sausages for smoked turkey sausages. You can also experiment with different herbs, such as thyme or rosemary, to infuse the dish with additional layers of flavor. For a touch of sweetness, add a drizzle of balsamic glaze over the finished dish.
